Team

Send requests to a team, not a person.

Herald picks who answers, records who did, and escalates when nobody does. Every member gets everything in the personal plans.

Request Access
  • Team inboxesAgents address a team, not one person. Members see what is open, who has it and who answered.
  • Round robin or first responderRotate requests across members, or notify everyone and take the first answer.
  • Tiered escalationUnanswered after a set time, a request moves to the next person or tier.
  • Seats for people onlyResolutions pool across seats. Agents, connections and runners never take one.

How usage works

One completed interaction.
One resolution.

An answered request

An integration asks, you respond. The request and response count together.

1 resolution

A delivered update

A one-way message, report or file bundle reaches your inbox.

1 resolution

An acknowledged task

You send work to a runner, and the runner acknowledges it.

1 resolution

Pending work reserves capacity. Expiry or cancellation releases it. Queued tasks that are never acknowledged are not charged.

Reads, retries and device copies are free. So are task logs and status updates. Opening an update on a second device does not count again.

Questions

Before you
choose a plan.

What is the difference between Starter and Pro?

Only the monthly volume. Both include every feature: 90 days of history, 10 GB of storage, 10 notification devices, lock-screen approval actions and signed cloud webhooks.

Can I buy more resolutions?

On Starter and Pro, yes: 10,000 more resolutions cost $5, prepaid. Credits apply after your included usage, and unused credits carry forward. There are no automatic overage charges. Community accounts upgrade to Starter instead.

Is there yearly billing?

Yes. A year costs ten monthly payments, so 2 months are free. Included usage still resets every month.

Can several people share one account?

No. Community, Starter and Pro are personal plans: one account is for one person. Team plans with shared routing and escalation are in development.

Do my connections share one allowance?

Yes. All agents and automations connected to your inbox share its resolution allowance, pending slots and storage. Adding a connection does not create a separate subscription.

What happens when all pending slots are occupied?

New requests and tasks are rejected until a pending item is answered, acknowledged, cancelled or expires. One-way updates do not take a pending slot.

What happens when I reach my allowance?

Your allowance can be used up or reserved by pending work. New work is rejected until capacity is available again. Existing requests can still be answered, even after a plan downgrade.

When does my included usage reset?

At the start of each UTC calendar month, independently of your subscription renewal date. Pending requests keep their reservations across the reset and count when answered or acknowledged.

Does changing plans affect existing history?

Each record keeps the retention date set when it was created. A longer history period applies only to new records. Changing plans cannot recover content that has already expired.
